We are Arvind and Gayatri — two former software engineers who were caught up in the IT corporate lifestyle. In 2018, we decided to hit pause and try our hand at farming, just to see where it might take us.
What started as a break turned into a deep love for the soil, the sun, and the joy of growing real food. We fell head over heels for farm life — the rhythm, the mess, the magic of it all.
Today, Lakshya Farm is our way of sharing that magic. With so much confusion around what’s truly healthy, we’re doing our bit to grow food that’s clean, organic, and just as nature intended. Nothing fancy — just fresh, honest produce straight from our land to your kitchen.

Our Journey
When we stepped into the farming world in 2018, we inherited a typical coconut grove that relied on conventional chemical-based methods.

Our first move was to eliminate all chemical use and shift toward a more nature-focused approach. This meant replacing Jersey cows with native breeds and using their byproducts to craft our own natural fertilizers.
There were plenty of trials, countless errors, and a great deal of hard-won knowledge. But with time — and a whole lot of patience — we found our rhythm.

Today, we produce our own coconut oil, harvest tamarind, and collaborate with a close-knit network of trusted organic farmers to offer fresh, clean produce you can feel good about.
